Art Museum’s 75th Regional Exhibition of Art and Craft
In June 1935 the Museum was excited about its exhibition featuring the works of some twenty local artists. Seventy-five years later the Museum is proud to host the Regional Exhibition of Art and Craft that encourages, discovers and supports regional creative talent.
As we celebrate our diamond year with a record number of entries, the juror for the exhibition, Julia Courtney, Curator of Art, Springfield Art Museum, will be selecting the very best for exhibition. This year, the Museum is introducing two exciting elements - a new $250 prize for members, and free admission to those who celebrate their 75th birthday this year.
