The newly formed Lunenburg Arts Center is now accepting entries for the upcoming Holiday ArtsFest. Visual Artists and Crafters are invited to display their wares for sale on Saturday and / or Sunday, December 15th and 16th, from 11am until 5pm. This is a fundraising event that will serve as an introduction to the new Center as well as an opportunity for vendors and shoppers.

Fundraising Call to Visual Artists

Entry Donation Fees: The fees are $10 for one artwork and $15 for two artworks.

Artwork Drop Off: Thursday, December 13^th, 5pm-8pm.

Artwork Pick-up: January 17, 2008, 5pm-8pm

Deadline for Entry Forms: Checks should be made payable to Lunenburg ArtsFest, mail check and Entry Form by December 10, 2007

Artwork Specifications: All artwork must be completely prepared for installation. Two-dimensional framed work or stretched canvas may not exceed 60 inches on any one side. All work to be hung should be prepared with screw eyes and wire attached. Glass (limited to 26 inches in any direction) or Plexiglass must cover watercolors, pastels, drawings, photographs and prints. Three dimensional works shall not weigh more than 50 lbs.(unless the artist installs the work themselves).

Sales: Exhibited work should all be available for sale. A commission of 20% will be retained by Lunenburg Arts Center for all artworks sold. Insurance is the individual artist’s responsibility for all artwork, often covered under homeowner’s insurance.

Fundraising Call to Crafters

Deadline for Entry Forms: Checks should be made payable to Lunenburg ArtsFest, mail check and Entry Form by December 10, 2007

· Donation Fee: $25/Table for 1 day, $35/for both days

· Crafters under age 18: $10/Table for 1 day, $15/for both days

· Crafters must supply their own tables.

· There is no age limit for crafters.

· All Crafters must deliver and set up their tables: Friday - December 14, 2007, between 5pm & 8pm.
